Being human, the thought of change, radical or subtle, can bring about immediate concerns. Frequently, there is a misunderstanding of what Hoteling is and how implementing new cutting-edge services will affect the work environment. Most Facilities or HR professionals respond in one of the following ways when introduced to the idea of Hoteling. Click on the "Consider This!" button for our response to your concerns.

A. We would never do that. We don't have to. Business is good and we are a traditional company with traditional values. Our employees are happy and would never go for "sharing" offices. It's not for us.

Consider this!

B. We are a very progressive company and pride ourselves in having a cutting edge work environment, but I'm not sure this is exactly what we should do right now. Hoteling is for companies that need to save money. We just aren't in that type of position.

Consider this!

C. We already share offices and have a good selection of services available to our professionals. We really wouldn't gain from seeking the services of someone like New Millennium Workplace, Inc. Besides, we really don't have the budget to add anything new to our employee service offerings.

Consider this!

D. We have a nice work environment, but are planning a move. We want to take full advantage of this opportunity to improve our workplace. We'd like to better understand some of the more cutting edge options that may be right for us.

Consider this!
